What Can I make a claim for?
If you are advised that you have reasonable prospects of bringing a
successful claim against the other party then the claim that will be
advanced on your behalf will have two main aspects to it. Firstly there will
be a claim for compensation for your personal injuries known as general
damages, the level of that compensation will depend on the severity of your
injuries and JST Mackintosh will obtain appropriate medical evidence to
support your claim.
