Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to bring my claim?
Under the Limitation Act 1980 you have 3 years from the date of the accident in which you sustained personal injuries to bring Court proceedings against any other party that you hold responsible for causing those injuries to you. If you fail to adhere to this time limit you will find that your claim is generally statute barred.
