What can I make a claim for?
If you have developed an industrial disease or been injured in the course of your employment you may make a claim against your employers, or former employers, who caused the disease or injury. Before we make a claim on your behalf we will need to know:-
a The circumstances in which the disease or injury occurred (eg. The nature of your job).
b What caused the disease or injury.
c Whether the disease or injury occurred in the last 3 years.
d If it did not, when you first knew that you had sustained a significant disease or injury and knew what it was caused by.
We will need to obtain medical evidence, and where you have lost earnings we will need to make relevant enquiries to discover the full extent of your financial loss.
